What's the refund policy?
Each of our tickets are covered by our 'Guarantee and Warranty Policy', they are non- refundable within the 48 hours leading up to the event. If for any reason the event is cancelled, the customer will receive a full refund.
We also have a 'Support Policy', the customer is welcome to contact us by email anytime with their queries and questions. We will strive to respond within 24 hours.
If a customer submits a complaint, we will strive to resolve any issues within 24 hours.
Our relationship with our customers does not end once the event does, we will contact them with a 'post-event follow up' questionnaire by email, this is to ensure that they were completely satisfied with our service.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Accessibility & parking-
It is possible to park outside the shop on Watergate Street before 10.30am and after 4.30pm. Between these times the city centre is a pedestrian zone. Further parking is available at Chester Racecourse, Trinity Street & Princess Street.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
For this event the age requirement is 18+ and efficient ID will be required.
